(February 2022) “Coast provided home care for my mother after she fell and broke both shoulders. They did a wonderful job! The caregivers were professional, friendly, and timely. The one time that the caregiver didn’t show I was called and a substitute was found in a reasonable amount of time, even though this was over the holidays, and that person was removed from their roster. Their schedulers communicated frequently about who was scheduled so I always knew what was going on. I really couldn’t have been more pleased with the care my mother received from Coast.”

“Coast Care has provided care for my mother-in-law since September 2013.  We’ve been very happy with their quality of service and attention to detail.  My mother-in-law is 87 and lives in an assisted living facility in their memory care unit.  My wife and I live in Utah.  Coast Care helps assure that we are providing the highest quality of life for my mother-in-law and this can be quite challenging.  Coast Care has been very sensitive to our needs and very proactive in suggesting areas of improvement.  They are systematic in their approach and carefully review their own performance so that improvements apply system wide.  We get regular reports on activities during the reporting period including photos that I share with our family.”

(August 2021) “Coast care took care of my father during a crucial time.  Their caregivers always showed up and were amazing during the few months they were present.  Previously we had another agency and the experience was not so good.   Caregivers were constantly changing and communication was not good.  They are also not apart of a franchise and serve only San Diego.  It gives them more time to spend on the community around themI would refer Coast Care Partners to anyone.  The owner is well rounded and the staff is wonderful.”
